a) Steamed: Dishes are steamed without oil, salt, sugar, cornstarch and MSG. Your choice of light (contains salt & cornstarch), brown (contains sugar) or no sauce on the side.
b) Low Carb: Dishes are prepared without sugar and cornstarch. Dishes are prepared in vegetable oil.

(Please Note: Dishes that are deep fried and/or breaded such as General Tso's, Orange, Sesame and Sweet & Sour Chicken/Beef/Pork/Shrimp CANNOT be prepared in either method above)
